Returns & Exchange

  • Return & Exchange Policy:
    • We proudly offer a 7-day window from the date you receive your product for returns and exchanges. Remember, while all products can be returned, only products on sale or those in combos are limited to exchanges.
    • For both Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, any returns will be compensated through store credit only.
  • Cancellation:
    • We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order without any penalty within the first 12 hours. However, if the product is already on its way to you, there will be a cancellation fee of 225INR.
  • Shipping & Delivery:
    • Every order is vital to us. Therefore, before dispatching, we make a confirmation call. If you've missed our call or haven't gotten an update, don't hesitate to get in touch at +917397461510.
    • We aim to ship out your order within 2-3 working days. Depending on where you are, transit times can vary, but on average, it's about 4-6 business days.
  • Exchange Charges and Process:
    • To maintain the quality of our service, there's a nominal fee of 150INR for exchanges, applicable to both COD and prepaid orders.

  • Refund & Exchange Processing:
    • Your peace of mind is our priority. Once we have the returned parcel in our hands, we ensure that refunds or exchanges are processed within three working days.

  • Item Condition for Returns:
    • We value the quality of our products. To process a return or exchange, ensure that the item is in its pristine condition: unworn, unused, with its original tags, and packed just as you received it.
  • Pick-up Information:
    • Our dedicated team will make two attempts to pick up a return. If, for any reason, they can't reach you, we kindly ask that you send the shipment back to us. Please note, reverse pick-up services are dependent on your area's pin-code availability.
    • In case for some reason the customer's address is not eligible for a return/exchange pickup, they're liable to ship the product to our warehouse.
